Kwong Fai Rubber Plastic & Hardware Product Co. Ltd. was set up in 1983. The co***ny has been developed rapidly started from having just 10 workers. Up to now, we have already employed over 1,000 workers. At present, we have over 150 sets compression rubber molding machines and three sets injection rubber molding machines. We have also got three sets of close mixers and eight sets of open mixers to perform the material mixing ourselves.
In addition, we have five sets of cryogenically de-flashing machines to remove the burrs and flashes for precision parts like o-rings and seals. Again, we have many post cured ovens, and accordingly, we could supply parts to customers that could meet the RoHS regulations in Europe, LFGB in Germany, VOM in France, the FDA requirement in USA and many other approvals all over the world. With our dedication in quality, we got our recognition on ISO9001: 2000 in 2000 and also the recognition on TS16949, manufacture of parts for use in automotives, in August, 2005.
To meet with our expected growth, we have already bought a bigger piece of land occupying 60,000 sq. meters. in Conghua. The first period new factory building, which could accommodate over 2,000 workers, is about 26,000 sq. meters.
